At GlobalEyes, we're trying something new - we're becoming a radically transparent organization. We’ve put everything we could think of online for you: internal and external conversations, board meeting podcasts, blogs and all of your feedback. We document and make available everything that happens at GlobalEyes - in words, sound and images - to render us a fully transparent organization, enhance our accountability to donors, offer a teaching tool and solicit the involvement of anyone who may be interested in our work.

We want to be a model of transparency and an ongoing case study for everyone who wants to peek behind the curtain of an American not-for-profit. We want you to be as much a part of the organization as we are; you have access to all of our information and are invited to participate in everything we do. Full transparency allows us to show how we raise money and where it is spent.

While we provide a window into the operations of a small not-for-profit, we also offer a glimpse into the lives of our international counterparts – how they interact with us, raise and distribute their funds and manage their organizations.
