        Dear Veronica,

I visited the Kisumu DHL office and they said I can collect the parcel from there. I also talked to Nairobi office this morning. Both said that I could give the go a head to the Nairobi office to clear so that you pay at the office in New Orlearns as this would make the process faster. So they wanted me to confirm with you if I can give the the go a head.
