Dear Tobias:
Many thanks for the photos; they are wonderful! Also, thanks for getting the needs spreadsheet back so quickly. Regarding the communication log, beyond the problem with entering the date, did you find you were able to include everything you wanted to communicate using the form? I may add more space to each line item if you think that would be better.
