It's great to hear from you. Sorry you couldn't read my text message but I was just thanking you on behalf of the group and letting you know what a wonderful experience it was for everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond to make arrangements for our visit.

In regards to some of the projects I want to work with you on, here is what I have noted:

Uniform Production

TF to provide info. on material and production costs Do you have any documentation for plans that you can send me?

Have you collected any data on the widows that you have targeted - name, background, etc.? I'm requesting these documents because I would like to put together a proposal for the uniform distributor in the US and I think they may want to know about the widows

Electricity - I think this is just a matter of funds, as we know this is essential to the program

Outreach Feeding Program

Research livestock and food exchange program - I will get you some information on the ACE program that has been implemented in Bungoma

Perhaps you could begin thinking about community members that can be mobilized to participate in the exchange program

Motorbike - again, this is just a matter of funding as we see that this is necessary for the program

Community water collection - this was another idea you mentioned.

Have you thought any further about how this could work? Is there something like this already in place?

Laptop - I'm in the process of trying to get ahold of one or two. I will let you know how it's going.
